With the cold water leaching, the acorns are technically still raw. If he gathers more bitter acorns later in the season, I suppose he will preocess them differently. <br /><br />Veganf, Russ is doing this walk as part of the Walktober 2010 event. I get a brochure from them for the many walks for the month. Most walks are historical, or visiting animal farms and forests, but all are lead by specialists.
